Hello, my name is Albert Baker. Glittering Homes’ founder.I graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and interior design. I also have a thing for lighting and think that any space can be made more alive and balanced by using natural materials, colour, and texture.
My own e-design initiatives have improved spaces for living in countries such as Saudi Arabia, Germany, China, Canada, and the United States as well as in Russia. Along with being founder and designer for Glittering Homes, I also write for a number of décor websites and focus on creating environmentally and socially conscious home décor products.
I have loved working on a variety of residential and business projects during my more than ten years of experience. From original design concepts to space planning, CAD drawings, selections, and requirements, I adore every facet of interior design.
I furthered my general knowledge with specialised training in lighting and kitchen and bath design, and I also became certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications.
My goal in every project has always been to give the greatest design and the best service I can to enable the customer to achieve their goals and enjoy the design process. In my projects, excellent designer-client communication is always essential.
I love to kayak, boat, and dive in the stunning coastal waters of my native state,New York when I’m not in design mode. Relaxing and having fun with friends and family at home is my favourite way to unwind and recharge.
